A concatenation mapping function, combining the string values of the given parameters with a given separating string.
The usage is exactly the same as the ConcatFunction, however a ConstantStringValue separator is added as the first argument of every usage. So the acceptable inputs are as follows:

• "concat_sep" ( ConstantStringValue , StringValueStream )
• "concat_sep" ( ConstantStringValue , StringValueStream , StringValue )
• "concat_sep" ( ConstantStringValue , StringValue , StringValueStream )
• "concat_sep" ( ConstantStringValue , StringValue ... )

The ConstantStringValue separator is used to separate every two (or more) string during concatenation. If only one string value exists, then the separator will not be used.
