ClosableTracerShim	Delegate shim that forwards all calls to the actual OpenTracingShim, and in addition calls SdkTracerProvider.close() to really close the OTEL SDK tracer when the OT shim is closed.
OtelTracerConfigurator	OpenTracing TracerConfigurator implementation which exports spans to OpenTelemetry in OTLP format.
