Default Meter supplier. The following configuration is available, either as attribute or initArgs:
- clock - (string) can be set to MetricSuppliers.CLOCK_USER for Clock.UserTimeClock or MetricSuppliers.CLOCK_CPU for MetricSuppliers.CpuTimeClock. If not set then the value of Clock.defaultClock() will be used.
